Powers

Telekinesis was the first power Prue received. This means she can move objects with her mind with a wave of a hand. This then expanded to  moving people.

Astral Projection was the second power Prue received. This means she can move from place to place but her body stays in the same place. 

Freezing objects or people is the first power Piper received she can slow down molecules until they stop. This later expanded to speeding up molecules into exploding.

Exploding objects or  people is the second power Piper received. It advanced from her power to slow down molecules.

Premonitions is the first power that Phoebe got. This means she can touch an object and see into the future. This power then later expanded and allowed her to see into the past. This power can not be controlled. 

Levitation is the second power Phoebe got. It allows her to basically leave the ground. This comes in handy with her martial arts.

Empathy is the third power Phoebe got. It allows her to feel what other people are feeling. This then expands to taking over demons powers.

Telekinetic orbing was the first power Paige mastered. She calls for an object and it basically orbs to her. This works like Prue's power but since Paige is half whitelighter it is used differently.

Orbing was the next power Paige mastered.. This allows her to go from place to place and vanishing in a swirl of blue lights. Paige got this power from her whitelighter side.

Healing is a power all whitelighters have. This allows Leo to heal cuts and wounds the Charmed ones occasionally have.
