Why?

What signs (clues, evidence) and symbols (images, representations) has the artist used?
The artist used alot of words/characters. They are all mainly inside the head. In the background of the peice there is also a chinese doll's face. I think that represents that not only do we think about words we think about images/faces. too.

Why?
I think because that this artist may have the same thing going through his mind. And decided to express it on paper.
